The special migrating citizens will be those who are low salaried (working in small and medium industries) and very far from their native place (will take more than or equal to 24 hours to reach their native place from the place of work), will be identified using the Unique Identity numbers.

Advantage of taking them in job is that :
1) They can compromise with low pay and poor facilities.
2) The chances of their indulging in politics are less.
3) They are often willing to work for extra hours and during the local holidays.
4) They will not go for frequent holidays.
5) It is easy to remove them from the job.

Disadvantages of taking them in job is:
1) Chances of their changing the job and company are high.
2) They need to be provided with accommodation facility or assisted in getting it.
3) There is some Time required for them to adjust in the new environment. So the chances of their becoming parasite on the company’s resources, until the organization realizes it and terminates their job are high.
4) They will be often worried about their family members residing in the native place, so bit absent minded.
5) They will like to go for long holidays.
6) They may be more demanding and less productive.
7) They will be easy victim to the local politics.
