B2B or a Barter trade in new era

• Internet can make Business to Business (B2B) trade as a Barter trade. 
• For example, I am in a Agribusiness cum property trade (https://pritranjanjha3.blogspot.com/2021/11/blog-post.html), and I need roof sheet and farm fencing facility, I have no money, and getting credit is not easy and it also increases extra cost, that is Interest, that is a burden for my business.
• Also property is a fixed asset, and different people/company, evaluates its monetary value in different ways. All Seller, wants Higher price, while all Buyer wants Lower price. Match between the Demand & Supply makes the trade possible. So I too search for a company that pays me good price for my property. 
• A company selling a product, like roof sheet and farm fence, should have skilled work force that can install the roof sheet and farm fence. Company's work force will be better then the local labors around me, or a skilled staff from the company should be able to visit with the product and guide and make use of the local labors. 
• Local politics can hamper the work, so the company fully dependent on its own work force for the service will be good for the company. A good staff/labor/worker focusses on the task completion in the given time & budget, so as to delight his/her employer, while a staff/labor/worker in politics, tries to harm/kill the employer. There is a saying, "अपने इलाके में तो हर कोई शेर बनता हैं" (Everyone tries to become a lion in his area).
• If a Roof sheet and farm fence business in Bihar, becomes my property buyer, then extra cost will be tax to the State Government, Logistic cost & Fees for the Property transfer (A).
• For Roof sheet & farm fence business in other states of India, apart from cost (A), there will be additional tax to the State governement, where the Company is located, and logistics cost will also increase (B). (B) > (A)
• For a Foreign company, Apart from (B) costs like Import costs & duty (tax), will further increase, the costs (C). (C) > (B) > (A)
• In current Legal scenario, It will be diffcult for the Foreign company to buy a property in India. But there are several ways to make it possible. 
• The country of the Foreign company, should have good exports from India and also good relations with the Indian Government. People movements from India to the country should be easy & frequent.
• If a foreign company evaluates good price for my listed property, that covers its all costs, then they should be able to Square Off the costs, from the payments made to India for its Exports.
• Income from Visa charges, will also help in Squaring the Credit service. 
• For a multinational company, with investments in India, trade becomes easy, as the company can deduct its Credit cost from the purchases from India and Taxes to the Indian Government.
• In the new era, where India is the member of World Trade Organisation, I can expect a foreign company to provide me Roof sheets and farm fencing services, through purchase of my listed property. 
• Indian Businesses should become competitive at the international level, proactive, active and smart towards the new era of Barter trade. 

Loud Sound in Indian Penal Code as a Torture crime!

1. Loud Sound is definitely a Crime, involving Torture to a Target for some Time Duration. 
2. Legal framework regarding torture: On the Convention against torture: India has not ratified the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, but has signed the Convention on 14 October 1997. A draft Bill against torture is in consideration by the government. On the existing domestic law: Torture is not criminalised in law as a separate or special offense. Provisions in the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (sections 330 & 348) penalises acts that can also be considered as torture, with seven and three years of imprisonment respectively if proven guilty. But the offense attracts no particular relevance if the crime is committed by a police officer. The temporal treatment of the law is to deal with a regular offense. The two provisions also falls short of covering all aspects of torture, as defined in the Convention against Torture.
   
3. At my current location, Police station 183, of Bihar, the impacts of Baghi Math/(Jai Guru Dev) is high. Under this sect of philosophy, "Sita Ram" name chanting with amplified Loud Sounds for long durations say 12, 24, 36 Hours, is considered an important practise for personal gains, penalising the opponents, etc. In a conflict with neighbour for using my property for there Goat and Buffalo farming, while neglecting and insulting my interests, the neighours used very Loud Sound "Sita-Ram" name chanting for say 12-24 hours. When they use "Sita-Ram", they forget that there is also a God named, "Parshuram", who prescribes Death Penalty for a Loud Sound Tortures. 
4. Torture is also a crime under the international Human Rights of the United Nations. 
5. So it becomes legally and morally binding for the Government of India, to ban Loud Sound Tortures. In this the Government should announce in All India Radio and publish in the local daily news papers to submit all Amplifiers in the local Police Stations. Government should bring the use of Amplifiers under strict licensing.  Those who wants to get rid of there Amplifiers, they should get some financial rewards. While those who wants to retain and use it, they should get it through a costly license and a strong valid reasons. 
6. Government of India, is providing free entertainment and informations through All India Radio, Free Television Channels under Doordarshan Dish programs. So any Loud Sound celebrations becomes an insult to the Government's programs. 

United Nation Organisation, enforcing its individual Human Right Laws on the Citizens of the Member Countries.

1. At Police station 183, Bathnaha, Bihar, Loud Sound culture is popular, especially among the uneducated/poorly educated rowdy type people. There population is quiet dominant and so the police and politicians back them, insulting the Article 21, Right to Life of the Constitution of India. 
2. Caste based Reserved Category Politics have made many undeserved people to occupy many important posts of the Administrations. These Caste based Reserved Category politicians in power are highly jealous about the property and wealth of the people, out of there Castes, especially intellctuals of Unorganised/poorly organised sectors. 
3. In Dainik Hindustan Newspaper of last few days, there was notice from Bihar Government to ban the use of Amplifier (DJ) based Loud Sound Violence and the Orchestra Road shows. But still the dominant parties enjoyed Loud Sounds while disturbing and torturing the learning class and intellectuals. This shows the lack of Understanding and Coordination between the Government at Patna, Sitamarhi and Bathnaha. Yes they were Kind that after using the ear plugs and ear masks, I got good relief. But sometimes when my close neighbour indulges in Loud Sound Violence, when I lose earplugs, when ear starts paining on using earplugs, then life becomes miserable. 
4. So it is important to treat the wound before it is more damaging. But even after the repeated online informations and begging requests, the politicians in power instead of helping, encouraged the Loud Sound parties to increase there damaging affects. 
5. So now it becomes important to request the United Nation Organisation to strictly ask its member countries to enforce the UN's Individual Human Right Laws on the common citizens. UNO should see that all people of its member countries gets into the environment freindly, non polluting, green business. Elected Politicians in power should respect there Constitutions and should not mock at it, while all its courts and judiciary weakly sees the mockery. Money has become more important then the duty and the Justice.

United Nation Organisation and the one Global currency

1. UNO was formed after world war 2, to integrate different countries of the world, and prevent any future world war.
2. In Indian democracy, we have Panchayats, State Government and the Central Government. Constitution of India forms the main administrative written document, while Indian rupee (₹), of Reserve Bank of India, works in its territory. 
3. Indian rupee (₹), like most other currencies of the world is based on the Gold reserves. Export-Import values of a country also decides the value of its currency. 
4. After the inventions of Internet and the connectivity of large number of places in the world with it, people of different countries started communications and trade transactions. A digital currency called, Cryptocurrency was launched, that works without a territorial border, but have limitations to the internet connectivity. 
5. Many Governments are not comfortable with the Cryptocurrency and doesn't provides a legal support to it. 
6. There are many multinational companies with organised trades in many country. Many of them are members of WTO.
7. United States dollar ($) is the dominant currency that is used in the international trade. Prices of Gold, Crude oil, Palm oil, Maize, Wheat, Basmati rice, Soyabean, Sugar, Chickpea, Onion, Tea, Coffee, Milk powder, Butter, etc. decides the values of the US dollar. 
8. Trade of Technology related to Computer, Mobile phones, Internet and Robotics have been high in the modern era. 
9. Trade of Weapons and products related to Physical, Chemical and Biological warfares, Meat and other products related to cruelty with animals, are also very high in the international market, that increases the threats of world wars.
10. Many countries, like China, Russia, Iran, Turkey, North Korea, etc. competes with the USA for dominance. 
11. In this conflicts, the role of UNO is undermined. It depends on donations and have to favor the country providing highest donations. 
12. Due to weak UNO, threats of world wars remains active. 
13. Strong UNO means Global peace and benefits to the planets Environment and Biodiversity. 
14. For this the UNO should have its own, one Global currency, both offline and online. 
15. It should try to invest in the country and company seeking global funds. 
16. Providing liquidity to the properties listed for sale on internet, should also be its focussed service. With this the UNO will have many properties all over the world and it will be able to provide global services and jobs. 
17. Besides property, it should also provde liquidity to different products, scraps, wastes, and promote the processing/value additions to them so as to increase its shelf life and market demand. With this the goal of Repair, Reuse and Recycle will get fulfilled. It should also invest in warehouse and logistics services. 
18. With this the law and order situations will improve and the wide gaps between rich and poors will become narrowed. 
19. Mission of Financial inclusions will get completed. 
20. Strong UNO will provide the rise of rational scientific administrations in the world divided on basis of caste, ceed, color, religion, language, culture, tradition, bias, bigotry, etc.
21. With the tchnology like Internet and Mobile phones, all intellectuals can become a member of United Nations and participate in its votings and decision making processes. 
22. United Nations can generate capital through easy online bonds with transparency and high liquidity. 
23. In the current materialistic world, money becomes most important for the life, followed by food, health, property, luxary, dominance, etc. UNO can change the concept of Money, priortizing Planet Earth's health as the biggest wealth, and an important goal of the intelligent humans. The Shiva Temple

1.  In yesterday's news paper, Dainik Hindustan , Bihar Government said that they will launch an official website where they will list all temples where the divine has land ownership. Such temple will be owned by the Government and it will be for all the followers, and citizens of the State, Nation , etc.  This is a good and an appreciable move, that will ensure transparency and will solve misunderstandings and conflicts related to a property. 
2. In the case of my Shiva temple, I am sure that it is on the plot that has private land ownership. I am not able to properly read and understand the "old-style" Hindi hand written property documents. I am trying to develop clear concepts, but my current poverty, and delays and poor responses from the Government in regards to clarity on property documents and maps, often disturbs my mind. My competitors too often tortures me and that too increases the disturbances, which often gives feelings of insecurity to me. 
3. The understanding of Divine, is that the Human's destiny is governed by them and they have super powers. We can stay, love, respect and play with them in forms of idols and temples. Almost all intelligent humans are self-centred, running behind the money life. God is considered to be with us with the bondage of pure love, without any selfishness! (रामहि केवल प्रेमु पिआरा। जानि लेउ जो जान निहारा॥ राम सकल बनचर तब तोषे। कहि मृदु बचन प्रेम परिपोषे॥1॥)
4. Blessings of Lord Shiva on me: I got an opportunity to visit many parts of the Country, India. The mantra, "सौराष्ट्रे सोमनाथं च श्रीशैले मल्लिकार्जुनम् । उज्जयिन्यां महाकालम्ॐकारममलेश्वरम् ॥१॥..." promises that, and I have got many from the blessings. I have better knowledge and property heirship then many others. 
5. But my business based education, makes me revenue conscious. I often get some donations, but that is not enough for me. I hate the life of a beggar and that to stand in a queue and crowds. 
6. My maternal grandfather was a devotee of Lord Shiva and he built a small shiva temple for his worship. After his death my maternal grandmother, built another big temple, and shifted the Shiv Lingam from old site to the new. At that time I was  a small child, and Nunu Singh, the son of Late Mahadev Singh, (the Zamindar of Bathnaha, during British India). often used to feel that we want to capture his property, so he used to become uncomfortable. 
7. In March-April 2002, my maternal grandmother came to meet my Father and informed that Nunu Singh along with the late Dr. Arun Kumar is trying to capture the temple and seeked his support. 
8. My father was busy in his profession, but due to emotional attachments, visited here and tried to compromise & negotiate with Nunu Singh, who claimed that my maternal grand mother in her ignorance has captured some of his properties, so he needs compensation. 
9. My father purchased the captured land, but due to not having enough money, had to give some lands to late Dr. Arun Kumar. At that time, people from Kahaar basti demanded Nunu Singh to take the path plot to temple and to his fish pond. The Path issue remained unsettled, while for temple, it was written that it's a religious institute so there will be no taxation for the temple plot and attached agricultural plots from the Government. The document is in "old-style" Hindi and I need better clarity.  So in the current tax (कर विवरण) slip, in the land account number 86, the plots are shown as 13870/13874 and just of 0.20 acres, but the actual plots are of larger size, that makes me to feel a Ploy from powerful people and I want to solve it. 10. Article 300 A of the Constitution of India, provide legal rights to the private property holdings. In the game of year 2002, my father had spent money to solve the property issues. The "old-style" Hindi Property document  is incomplete in many respects and needs to get completed. 
11. If I would had been strong with good purchsing powers, I would had block the temple path and force the Ditrict Magistrate of Sitamarhi to come and sit along with me for a talk. But I am poor and in several stress. "With low capabilities, wish is high or say, I seek nectar when I cannot find even whey. The good will forgive me for the boldness above Will hear child’s talk with affection and love. [4]"
12. Now I am not in the position of better legal services. Corruptions are high and unqualified people are occupying powerful posts. 
13. If I get some help, I will be happy, otherwise I will have to continue with my limited resources. 

Abortion and Government indulging in Crimes

1. Abortion or a Mother Killing her unborn child, mainly happens for the sake of her health and career, that is income opportunities. 
2. A Government indulges in Crimes, directly or indirectly for there Selfish benefits. 
3. In State like Bihar, the Government feels that they have given many free services (Pension to old people (₹400/month) without any investment; Contributions in Atal Pension; Free legal services to netizens, through http://www.lokshikayat.bihar.gov.in/, Right to information services (http://jaankari.bihar.gov.in/) at just ₹10; ₹6000/year to farmers; Monthly rations through Public Distributions System at very cheap rate, (that is Wheat @₹2/Kg, Rice @₹3/Kg), Subsidy in electricity, LPG gas subsidy, free Security services, Free medical services, like Corona Injection, Free and Fair elections, Free education and Student Credit cards, etc.) to there people. So they have the Right to Get into Abortions or Crimes against there people. 
4. Ceasing the Right to Peace, or the Right to Life, and promoting Loud Sound Tortures for long hours is a big Crime. Not showing interest in the Right to Property, is also a crime. 
5. The Governments getting incomes from meat business and the business that involves tortures and crimes to animals, income from Weapons, Poison and War crimes, are at very high Risks of Indulging in Crimes against the Humanity and the Environment. 
6. Other Governments, the opposition and the educated people in the United Nation Organisations  should question this Crime. 

Peace and Prosperity

1. Gaps between Have and Have-not leads to war. 
2. Jealosy. Communication gaps and misunderstandings between Have and Have-nots too leads to war. 
3. Government should create a platform for Property liquidations at a base price. Online and Offline auctions helps to provide higher competitive price. 
4. Online Property liquidations will promote investments and spill free cash transfers from one account to another. Traders and Investors will be safe from offline criminals. Online criminals cannot do much harm if the banks and administrators are vigilant. 
5. Online property trade will allow mixing of populations. 
6. Those who are landless labors, Government should create employment opporunities. Otherwise free skill development, trainings and interest free funds will help them to become entrepreneurs. 
7. Current entrepreneurs are mad to get High Returns on there Investments, so they prefer all Cost Cutting measures. So they cannot become a philanthropist job/income providers. But if Government acts as a philanthropist in tax benefits, funds, etc. they will in turn become a philanthropist. 
8. A Good government provides high liquidity to all produce and properties in its territories. 
9. If cities dumps its polluting business like Loud Sound Orchestra/Disc jockey,  in villages then disturbances and protests will increase. 
10. Proper Account management, Fixing deadlines and meeting it, good communications, will maintain healthy relations between public and administrators. 
11. Acknowledging complains and finding soultions in time. 
12. Quick, Easy and Transparent Conflict managements.

Loud Sound as a Strategy for bloodshed war!

1. Economic recession and over population, often  invites bloodshed war!
2. In Ramayan Lord Ram, uses Loud sound excitement through Sugreev to call Bali for a bloodshed war. 
3. Bihar and Uttar Pradesh Government have large number of followers of Lord Ram, so they often uses his strategies, by promoting Loud Sound disturbances. 
4. In news of past war between North Korea and South Korea, I have seen the forces using Loud Sound Speakers. 
5. Recent war between India and China involved Loud Speakers. 
6. State Governement and its judicial courts should control Panchayat administrations from getting into wasteful Loud Sound activities. Central Governnments and its Judiciary should have a tight control on the State Governments strategies. United Nations and its judiciaries  should have tight controls on the Central Governements. Then only the situations of proper Law & Order will stay. 
7. Present Government are jealous towards the beneficiaries of Past Government. 
8. Common citizens should avoid getting into the divisive policies of there Government. Having stocks of sedatives and tranquilizing drugs will help them. 

Tongue and Ear!

1. Different Tongues enjoy different  Food and taste. It depends on the availability of food, hunger and acceptance of the food by body's digestive system.
2. With vast variations in the human population and civilizations, many types of foods have evolved. Broadly they are divided as Vegan, Lacto-vegetarian, Egg based vegetarian, and Non-vegetarian. Based on what animal to eat and what animal to exclude, Non-vegetarians have also been sub divided into many categories. 
3. Like Mouth-Tongue as a Input device, our Ears too form the Input device of the body. 
4. Ears act as a important organ for Learning. 
5. Different Ears enjoy different sounds and volumes. 
6. Forcing someone to eat something and to Listen something is a crime in Law of civilized Nations. In Constitution of India, Right to Life, puts control on Loud Sound, or forcing someone to listen something. 
7. Political India is not well civilized in many Panchayats and States and so Politicians promote Loud Sound or Forced Listening. 
8. This has led to mushrooming of many Loud Sound Orchestra, Disc jockey, etc.
9. Since Loud Sound DJ is loved by many labor class, illiterate, semi-literates in developing states, Politicians have allowed it, overlooking the Constitution of India. 
10. For Legal India, it is like सांप के मुंह में छछूंदर! (mole in snake's mouth). In fear of powerful politicians they accept it, while they also accept Peace as a Fundamental Right. It depends on where you live and how much you spend! 
11. So in practise,  for a Rich, Peace is a Fundamental Right, while for a Poor, its is Not. 

Fanaticism at extremism!

1. Its a strange that in the name of Goddess Shasti and Sun God, there has been a huge Loud sound Violence, which no police and politician of the world is able to settle. 
2.  Lord Krishna is sweet and asks people to enjoy there life, which is short and a blessing!
3. The question which God is bigger often creates violence. 
4. If Shasti Devi is strong, then why in Bihar large number of people are poor and underdeveloped?
5. Worships in which pain is given to the body is known as Tamsic. 
6. General People enters into many fanaticisms and extremisms. Should the Government too follow them? 
7. If people can't respect the Constitution and when the politicians too cannot respect it, why it has been written? 
8. Constitution of India is similar to the Holy Quran in Pakistan. But there is often open humiliations of the mentioned rights, say "Right to Life" and "Right to Property". 
9. Shri Narendra Modi on MyGov.in, published 112, but there is no staff to work on it. 
10. I cried on twiiter for help from property intruders, but there is lack of Law & order here. 
11. How I can say someone to buy my property here? Only some Government agency can buy.  
12. If people in power cannot stop loud sound pollution, how can I respect them.
13. In deciet and treachery clever people sold there property to my late father and cleverly influenced to construct a Shiva temple, which is more a problem then asset  for me. But Bihar Government wants to grab the property without paying me anything. 
14. Old property owners had said me that when they were owner, then many people used it for toilet, so they sold at lo price and suggested temple construction. But people addicted to act as parasite on another's property cannot easily change there habits. 
15. Will I survive till all my properties gets liquidated at good price or die before it, only God Knows. 

Avoid Crowd and Queue-Self Promotion!

1. I am amid a War in which intruders at my temple  have directed ear deafening loud sounds at my location. Ear plugs and masks are failing to protect.
2. In the disguise of Chhath (छठ पूजा), Bihar politicians are trying to harass me. 
3. What is the use of standing in long queue and pass through crowds, to vote in elections for the dirty politicians, when these dirty politicians take fat salary but shy away from there constitutional responsibilties. 
4. The elected politicians themselves decide there salary and pensions. 
5. Fundamental Rights and Duties are closely related. In a country like India, where common man's Fundamental Rights are humiliated on a road. There the Fundamental duties like participating in general elections is not a moral obligation necessary to be fulfilled. 
6. With God's grace I have often written about execution of voting rights through use of Mobile phones and Internet. This is important for people who wants to go for Self promotion and want to avoid crowds and queues at the maximum possible situations. 
7. If President Joe Biden or the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi is asked to stand in a queue at the United Nations offices, how humiliated they will feel? Why such feelings can't come to us?
8. Is there a technology for votings through Mobile phone and Internet?
9. Answer is Yes. We have seen such votings at Kaun Banega Crorepati, some other Television serials, some polls in newspapers and on many websites. When I had no computer, I used to participate in PM's मन की बात/Mann Ki Baat programs through Mobile phones. In US elections, I have seen US President Kamala Harris asking to send Mobile SMS as show for her support. 
10. In USA, citizens out of the country and at the International Space Stations are allowed to vote through Emais. 
11. Stock Listed compnies ask its investors for online votings for company administrations. 
12. But these technologies are meant for small populations. 
13. According to the Census 2001, as many as 560,687,797 persons in the country are literate. Of these 336,533,716 are males and 224, 154,081 are females. Around 56 crores people are educated, so the technology requred for such large population would not be there. 
    
14. Even if it is so, it would not be very difficult to develope. But people in the organised sectors (Prime Minister, President, Election Commission, etc,) with all current rich facilities, would not be interested to venture in such projects that may prove threat to there own jobs. So they in there narrow selfishness avoids it. इस पार, प्रिये मधु है तुम हो, उस पार न जाने क्या होगा!
15. Technology would be in the hands of some private players, who would be demanding some fees for its transfer to the Government, who is not willing to buy it.  
16. The technology requires good data storage facilities/Database to be in controls of trusted people like Election Commssion, Presidents, Judges, Press, etc. 
17. Then Mobile SMS and Emails sent at the prescribed Number and emails needs to be counted by softwares at the Database between the described times.
18. Reply SMS and emails should also come to the Voter, confirming there voting. 
19. Online voting will make the political person contesting elections, to post there resume, and the impressive resume will be selected by the voters. This will allow good intellectuals to win the elections. 
20. In coming elections, if the Government of India allows Online /Mobile based votings, I will particpate otherwise I will avoid it. 
21. Those who have properties at good locations, enjoy your job and business. Those who have properties at locations with poor law and order, try to liquidate it and buy somewhere else. 
22. Those who lacks property, if they fall in reserved categories, then ask your poliiticians to donate you some. The dirty politicians often capture the properties of weaks, dead and those without proper legal heir, etc. 
23. Those who are in general categories, and witout property, search for a job or marriage relationships where  you can get some legal Rights to the property. 

Sound War From Bihar Government through its Illiterate Goonda & Vote Banks

1. "The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. "
   
2. Chhath (छठ पूजा) has started since yesterday evening. 
3. Bihar Government in leadership of Shri Nitish Kumar, pampers its fanatic Vote Banks through Loud Sound tortures to People having properties. 
4. My Shiva temple property has been intruded by the nearby Kahar Basti people and others forming vote bank of the Sarpanch and Mukhiya politics, mainly consisting of illiterates or semi-literates. 
5. The devotee will do fasting from evening 9 November 2021 to 11 November 2021, for nearly 36 hours. They will not take food and water. 
6. Due to increased benefits from the worship, large number of people from Bihar have adopted it. Due to this the politicians of Bihar, have started pampering them through funds and giving them the Loud Sound Torture instruments like Amplifiers and Louds sound speakers. 
7. Illiterate Labor class, forming the large part of Vote Bank politics are empowered to torture the literate people. 
8. Chhath (छठ पूजा)  is known to provide benefits like Government jobs, where people gets fat and fixed salary, no matter whether they meet target or not. 
9. The high incomer in the family supports other family members and people in the society who act as there slave. 
10. Reserved class in the constitution of India, uses Pride and pampers in worshipping, often in the fanatic manners.

12. The situation is similar to a Labor pulling a Thela in which his/her dependents and slaves are sitting.
13. Imagine a Loud speaker, Amplifier and Battery power kept in the Thela for entertainments. 
14. In this era when smartphones, television and radio are present in almost every house, getting into a Loud Sound violence, shows bad intentions of the party and politicians in power. 
15. Bad intentions means to capture property out from the owner and its investors or to make property sell at there will. Bihar Government has often expressed that Panchyati Raj's wills are more important in property management then the owner's will. 
16. Environmentalists respects and worship Nature as it is, while a Farmer and a Politicians often tries to design the Nature at there will and seeks profit out of it.

• In situations of wars, aggressive search of like minded partners and investors is must. 
• State and Central Governemnts of India are more selfish towards personal interests then towards the public interests. So avoid getting in there traps of Divide and Rule policies. 
• Understand and intelligently and strategically fight for your rights without fearing death. 
• Identify freinds and foes and coordinate well with your freinds. 
• Liquidating properties away from direct view and wired fencing of properties linked to the Shiva temple. Creating a farm path after filling the front ditch will increase land value of the fenced property. 
• Fencing will demotivate my competitors. 
• At the common path near the temple, front portion is mine while portion after temple is of Pushkar. After getting proper map, and tax receipt, I will ask the Government to buy the common path belonging to mine, as my competitors too use it. 
• Modifications in the Shiva temple, like providing locked gates, changing gate, etc. will prevent my competitors from using it for there illegal activities like consumption of Ganja and alcohol. 
• Honey bee, flowers, Solar and wind power generators will increase revenue from the fenced structure. 
• At areas with poor law & order, private companies and investors will avoid to come. 
• Ask leaders of Panchayat, State, Central and United Nations to buy the property. If they don't show interest then taking legal support will help. 
• Politicians often get corrupt, but officers at dignified posts, Governors, Presidents etc. all cannot become corrupt at same time. Even during Mughal and British empires, there were good people in the administrations. 
• Some of the Strong Nations of the world are United States, China, Russia, Germany, United Kingdom, Japan, France, South Korea. Internet allows people to express there Human Right Violations in United Nations and to the other powerful countries. 
  
• Having licensed Gun in a disturbed area is desirable. In a prudent way, taking law into hands is better then begging for police and politicians support and not getting it, is justified. Generally old people in Bihar directly enters into a high risk wars. 
• Many people who disturbs law & order generally have unlicensed arms and ammunition.

Amid Sound War!

• Bihar's dominant festival, Chhath puja is near and the State Government has assured good supply of electricity during the festival. There is also a subsidy from Governemnt on the usage of electricity. 
• Electricity like any Energy, has both the constructive and the destructive aspects. 
• What I often complain about my location in the Police station 183, is the  Loud Sound Violence.

• The online resources about-Article 21 of the Constitution of India (It includes the right to live in peace, to sleep in peace and the right to repose and health.) gives me hopes about the available legal remedies.
• Article 21, also assures Right to Livelihood, through which my competitors disturbs my intellectual works through continuous disturbing high volume sounds. 
• Like all wars, there is a good wastages of energy and money in the Sound wars. 
• Ego of participants in the war is important. Some of the factors that affect the ego and form motives are: (1) Vote bank politician/caste leaders support (2) Religous & personal sentiments (3) Investments in the Amplifiers, Speakers, Songs, etc. While what motivates me to write against it, is my ego of (1) property holdings, (2) having the power of internet and (3) the other intellect capital.
• Poor tolerants of Loud Sounds/Noise pollutions require Ear plugs, masks, acoustically designed accomodatons, offices, etc. 
• Financially strong people can afford better legal protection, making tours to peaceful locations, etc. In this having a personal car with surplus fuel and  money to purchase the necessary items, makes life pleasant. 
• Financially weaks will have to tolerate, pray to God, take some drugs, protest  in the manner, similar to mine, etc.

Punishing the Government

• In country like India, Dvide and Rule policy is from the historical past. 
• But here we also admire the democratic values and feelings of godliness/divinity in each individual/living and non living things.
• Current Government speaks a lot about the Divide and Rule policies of the past Governments and justify and glorify the violent protests and there perpetrators at the time. But they overlook there own Divide & Rule policies.
• Leaders like late Mahatma Gandhi have always supported the Non-violence. 
• Rich people can take legal actions against there Government.  Poor intellectuals can use press, online forums, etc.
• Non-intellectuals often use group based protests, that can easily become violent. 
• Elections allows common citizens to select a good government. 
• With the new generation mobile phone and internet technology, semi literate to literate citizens can demand votings through mobile phone and internet so as to get out from large crowds and queues during the elections. Article 21 of the Constitution of India, supports there Demand. 
• Article 300 A of the Constitution of India, provide legal rights to the private property holdings. Mixed with the Article 21, the Right of online property auction & trade becomes valid for the common citizens. 
• Non Cooperation Movements:
• Governments often misuse the common tax payers money for there unjustified prides and pampers, whims and fancies, divisive policies, etc. 
• A divisive policy like support to Loud Sound celebrartions benefits a group of people (non-intellectual hard workers) and companies (Political, Audio/Video songs, Speakers, amplifiers, generators, etc) . While many other groups and companies like Radio, Television, Computer, Internet, Education related, Repair works, Philosophers and Strategist, Scientists, Researchers, Accounting, Finanace, Medical services, Justice department, Environmentalists, etc. gets harmed by it.  
• The groups and companies standing against the Loud Sound Violence can join together to start several Non cooperation movements and protests against the Current government.

Loud Sound and Sound War

                                                            ॐ भद्रं कर्णेभिरिति शांति:

                                                       भद्राणि मे दिशतु भार्गवनन्दनायाः

Intellectuals are less tolerant to the Loud Sound, while non-intellectuals/labors/semi-literates/confused  are highly tolerant to it.

Loud Sound creates disturbances/disorientation/deviation from the normal thought process and it is harmful to the ears and health too. It also expresses a form of extremism. 

Tortures by non-intellectuals made me to ponder on it and relate the issue to the Powerful leaders in the Civilized society.

Animals like dog, cow, birds, honey bees, etc. are least or non tolerant to the Loud sound. While those who enjoy Loud sound generally keeps goats and buffalo, they also deal with business like mining, welding, drilling, hunting, meat, leather, etc. 

Why people rage sound war and spend money for it ?

Loud Sound acts as a mood elevator for many! It is used mainly to establish a pride-pamper based tradition and for the ego based dominance of self, family, caste & community. Vote bank politics and reservations in Government services, acts as a pampering factor.

When I was a small boy, at that time, in my village, Loudspeakers was operational, . But Shehnai and drum beating by players during family celebrations was also seen. 

Loud speaker based timely prayer from mosques was there. 

When I was student then Loud Sound was experienced during Saraswati Puja and marriage. Different religious groups also used to highlight there faiths through loud sounds. 

My father wanted me to become a doctor. But we were not happy with my marks in inter and I blamed Loud sound and Noise for it. My brothers used to enjoy loud sound and this led me to ask my father to arrange separate lodging for me and this increased his costs. 

In a religious ceremonies of head chopping of animals like goat, buffalo, etc., Loud Sound were involved. 

During college time few orchestra was seen. Loud sound based disturbances through television in the private bus, used to worry me. Visits to sugar industry, introduced the use of Ear plugs for personal safety. Then in a Industrial health shop at Bangalore, I purchased some ear plugs and started using them. 

Meeting some colleagues who traveled long distances in airplanes, gave me some ear plugs to stay at peace during noise pollution. 

Loud Sound is used in aggressive Marketing. 

At my current location, Bathnaha block, Police station 183, use of Loud sound is severe during Chhath Puja, Marriage, Hair cutting of children, worships, etc.

I had protested to the use of Loud sound during my marriage. During stay with my brother in Law, who is a truck driver, Loud sound Tortures was often used by him,  and this led to my jumping from the moving truck and narrowly saving my head from getting crushed. It led to accident and then dryness in the relation. 

When there are many competing groups of orchestra/ loud sound producers, then a war/rivalry like situation emerges, which leads to harsh Tortures.

Eve teasing, Ragging, Riots, Voting campaigns, Property based clash, ego and jealousy, unemployment, other forms of frustrations often results in the harsh Sound wars. 

Loud Sound is also used to forcefully induce patriotism, Respect or Faith in a person. 

It is used as to create fear and warnings for the rival and and an attraction for the like minded.  

Loud Sound is often used to cover the Pain, loose-talks, screaming, and Crime.

As per the Vedic astrology, Pain is associated with Lord Shani and it signs a change in life. 

Marriage is a celebration mixed with the pain of separation of the daughter. There are negotiations in relation to dowry, sexual partner selection that is to be kept secret from general public. Loosing of virginity through penetrative sexual intercourse is also there, which creates pains in the partners. Fear of loose talks, screaming out of frustrations, etc. are present in the family members. To cover such negative expressions, Loud sound has been used from the traditional past. 

But pain during child birth is more severe, but I haven't seen any use of Loud sound to cover it! Yes at later stage of child birth, eunuch group makes visit to the house of rich and makes lots of noise to demand money. Some tantrik and aghori groups too follow the same method. 

While in job, I had got an opportunity to attend the marriage ceremony of a Minister/IAS ranked person's daughter. There in a big hall, through buffer in catering, they had arranged several food items for the guests and a soft pleasant prayer of the divine. 

Criminals use Loud sound as an opportunity to cover there crimes like theft, rape, murder, etc. 

Hair cutting ceremony of children (Son) is also celebrated with very loud sound. This happens as a show of happiness, gratitude to the divine/fate for having Son (s).

In case of non-intellectuals, Chhath vrati (छठ व्रती)  undergoes long duration fasting and thus they enter a pain. To show there pain, there relatives often use Loud Sounds. 

People involved in the business of Loud Sounds often makes it problematic and show enmity towards there protesters.  Many players have entered this business of playing Loud sounds and thus have increased the Noise pollution and my dislike for the stay at the current location. 

Medicines to control ear, head and body pain: Sedatives like Avil (Pheniramine Maleate), Cannabis spp., Tagara (Valeriana wallichii), Opium, Sarpagandha (Rauvolfia serpentina), Patanjali Divya Mukta Vati,  can help to relax and sleep during Sound wars. People using loud Sounds often consume, Tobacco and Alcohol. So in sarcastic way, I feel that these can also help to tackle the ear & head pain. Relaxing hair oils like Navratan, Himganga, Amla and Almond oils, etc. can also induce sleep. 

Rich can afford driving away from disturbing location and shelter in an underground house. 

Earplugs and masks are important to protect the ear from the Loud Sound.

Will I spend for the Loud Sound/Orchestra?

At personal level, No. But an individual has no value when the interest of family and society is prioritized. Loud Sound producers and Orchestras are being accepted in the society at large. 

But I pray for the Sanity and broadness of thoughts. I pray to the powerful governments of all civilized societies, to form a law to control tortures and regulate the business of Loud Sound. There should be licensing. No one should be allowed to cross the prescribed limit of Sound. 

If Lord Shani is invoked through loud sound then Rahu and Ketu will also get invoked and there will be wastage of energy and resources leading to a bigger war. 

Underground House

For safety of life and essential items, peaceful stay and meditations,  underground houses were used from very ancient times. It is the best safety measure during nuclear war, adverse climatic situations like cold, storms, etc. 

I often suffer from Noise pollution at my location. Putting ear plugs and masks gives some relief. By meditation to Gods through prayer-mantras, I got some inspiration to create an underground house for myself. 

Liquidating current property and buying property at some other location is not so easy process. So best utilization of the available resources gives suggestion for an underground house.   

Such house should be above the ground-water table. Polluting aquifer is a risk. 

Lighting facility with electric wire and battery and having some plants ensures supply of good air for breathing. 

Humans consume around 50 liters of oxygen per hour and each plant leaf gives off about five milliliters of oxygen per hour. We would need 500-700 averaged sized house plants to fully support the oxygen needs of a human within an air tight room. (Oxygen production by plants)

Having small vermi compost unit can tackle the problem of having toilet at the underground stay. Mushroom farming will be a good activity. 

How India Can Improve its GDP (Gross Domestic Production)?

1. Becoming self dependent. 

If country's export doesn't improves, it should control its imports. Making the best use of the available resources should be the Mantra. We should not crave for the imports, unless the country making imports shows very friendly gestures. Food Production, processing and packing should be our focus. 

2. Getting out of business based on emotions and confusions. 

There are many business which has no proper meaning in our GDP, they are just based on emotions and confusions. For example, Political parties, many Banking activity, many legal activity, many educational institutes and research stations, many newspapers, many TV programs, many film industry, many websites on Internet, many writings & many video postings on Internet, some tourism, fashions, some intimate relationship based industry, child production industry, many construction and real estate based industry, music and digital jockey industry, Religious industry, many sport industry, etc. 

3. Analysis of the economy of the country with very high GDP and the products high in demand at the International trade. 

Government policy, agro-climatic conditions, resource analysis of the countries leading in GDP and purchasing power parity should be analyzed and compared with ours. Suitable modifications after debate and discussions should be implemented. 

4. Analysis of our strengths in production, Productivity and Value addition- processing and packing 

Data analysis, SWOT (Strength Weakness, Opportunity and Threats) analysis with special reference to natural calamities should be studied. 

5. Improving transport and removing legal hurdles. 

UNO (United Nations Organizations) and WTO (World Trade Organization) along with the countries involved in trade should improve there infrastructures. 

6. Getting out of the policies like- Reservations and entertaining vote banks. 

Conflict between populations getting political benefits and those being devoid of it is not good for the economy. The population too, should try to improve there skills, knowledge capital and should grasp the global opportunities being open in this era of Internet. 

7. Taking technology like Computer, Internet, Artificial intelligence etc. in improving the productivity. 

The empowered people in administration, should adopt all new efficient technologies, without considering ego and personal selfish gains. They should not think about the people who can loose there jobs, by adoption of new efficient technologies. Sky is the limit of the available opportunities. Countries should endeavor to have many colonies beyond the planet earth. 

8. Adopting policies in favor of Repair, Reuse, Recycle, breaking and burning in waste management. 

Waste management is a big challenge. Quick and active buy back policies for all wastes coming out from a product, active Repair works so as to Reuse the product, without craving for new purchases should be followed. For the products that has zero or negative market demand, it should be broken into pieces so as to get value or should be burnt. Later we can think about a landfill beyond planet earth. 

9. Active border management. 

It is the borders that defines a country, and not its administrators! 

10. Taking care of Nature, Environment and Bio-diversity. 

Money, Economy, Power and Politics are artificially designed by humans, harnessing the policies of rulers and slaves. Even if the Humans leave this planet Earth, it will survive well and for longer days. Like Food and Agriculture, Nature, Environment and Biodiversity are fundamental requirements of our life.

Digital Money-new banking system

Significance of digital money and new banking systems are important in this difficult situation of Corona virus Pandemic. 

On seeing large queue and crowds in banks, standing for long durations to know whether they have  received the amount announced by the State and Central Governments as relief measures makes me to strongly  recommend the digital money and new banking systems. 

Many banks have given phone numbers to enquire about there bank balance and cash transactions, still why large population is not using these facilities shows some Gaps in our banking management and public's education about mobile and internet bankings. 

Once we have, amount credited to our account, at present there are many ways to spend that money through several digital transactions like use of debit cards and internet banking.Non digitally we need to withdraw cash from our bank account or use cheques to transact. 

Cheque system of transactions are good to escape from the crowds in bank, but cheques are not accepted by many kiosk banks or CSP (Consumer service points). This shows the ego based enmity between Reserve Bank, Main bank branch, Kiosk bank staffs and literate intellectuals in the unorganised sectors.

Cash and Cheque: Cash is given by the Reserve bank, it is an asset of Government and has very high liquidity and Nationalism sentiments associated with it. Cheque is an asset of the bank, is given to the account holders and its value and liquidity is based on the bank-balance of the account holder and how different banks and nearby transaction environment deals with it.
Technically there is no difference between a cash and a cheque, but sentimentally or on emotional grounds there is a vast difference between them.
To understand in better way, scientifically the blood of the president and a pauper is same, but on the basis of social hierarchy, the blood of the president is very precious or valuable, while that of the pauper has hardly any value!
Cheque bounce is a big problem associated with a low strata-literate intellectuals.

The numbers present in the cash can become an unique identity number for it, and this number can be loaded in the digital system, it can show the transaction records associated with the cash.  

In boost of digital economy, options to spend came in many forms, say, debit-credit card, internet and mobile banking, aadhar-linked payments etc. But to recharge a bank account, one needs to deposit cash or cheque in there account through a bank or a bank linked kiosk. 

Accounts can also be recharged through a credit facility and deposits made by the other party in a transaction system. 

I also feel that a resourceful intellectual of an unorganised sector should also be allowed to recharge there bank accounts through upload of the numbers on the cash through an internet or a digital system.

These numbers should be unique and should have the ability to provide digital-transaction records associated with the cash. Having QR Codes, Bar Codes, etc. can also make a cash unique and easily identifiable by a machine. 

After upload of cash in the digital system, the cash in hand will loose its physical value and needs to be crossed/marked. 

I also suggest that the unique numbers associated with a cash, uploaded in a digital system should have the ability to be downloaded and again become a cash in hand. Through the unique numbers a person will have the ability to print cash. 

Portable Digital Wallet: Like a mobile and smart phone, there should be a Digital Wallet, that can read debit and credit cards, Cash, Cheques, Numbers, and the like. All active individuals should have the knowledge about the digital money and transaction systems. They all should try to posses the Digital Wallet. 

The Digital Wallet will have Blue tooth+/Wifi (Wireless fidelity)+/RFID (Radio frequency Identifications), GPS (Global positioning system), etc. and also a mini keyboard with numbers and some alphabets. 

One Digital Wallet should have the ability to identify and show other Digital Wallets near it. One Digital Wallet should be able to transfer and receive money from the other Digital wallet. The digital wallet should have the ability to upload cash in its system through unique numbers on the cash and Cheques. 

In this system the current banking structures will partly collapse and new type of data storage and management structures will come up. 

A village can have one Data House that will record all day to day financial transactions in the village. Its Data Management facility should have the ability to quickly find the validity of a cash/cheque/Unique number on a paper.
Its technical ability should be high enough to prevent Cheque/Cash Bounce, duplication errors and other digital frauds.

In case of uploading cash in a machine, chances of using guessed unique numbers, on random basis are there. To prevent this, the other details on the cash like its date, time and place of generation can also be entered. 

Crossed cash! Though sentimentally it is not good, but even now in the society, many people use art works on the cash, and often such cash retains its value and liquidity. After uploading the cash in the machine, crossed or marked cash can be given to the banks. Such deposits on compulsory basis will increase delay in functioning. So it should be on freelance duty basis. Banks should give some credit for deposits of crossed/marked cash.

New systems can be tried in a small populated area, and there socio-economic feasibilities should be estimated, before implementing them on large scale. Any new system brings fear and chaos in a traditionalist/conservative population. But any new system brings many promising benefits too and a rationalist approach is the best. 

Earning Money: A person earns Money by "Creating value for others and receiving payments as rewards". A person often gets money through Trade, Service, Commission, Tax, Luck, Emotional attachments, enchantments (Lurements), Donations, Coercion and through Chance (Opportunities). 

Dynamic Parliament

In a democratic country like India. Parliament is the most powerful institute. The party or the individual attaining 2/3rd majority gets the ruling position. The remaining 1/3rd have to take the role of an opposition.

So the democracy which in theory is to represent the citizens is representing the majority.

The Government formed has to make earnings through international export and import and by tax from its people. The Government also gets income from donation, bribery and other corruptions. While they have to spend on its commitments for poverty alleviation, global peace, meeting the goals of UNO, taking care of Nature and climate, pollution control etc.

For a common citizen, its a better to support the formed Government, whether it is of there taste and choice or not?

Dynamic Parliament? Anything which is not stable is dynamic. Stable government is able to execute its tasks, while a dynamic government has to frequently go for change in leadership, “horse trading”, proving its strength, etc. This hampers the government functioning. But it happens when a Government lacks majority or confidence.

Innovation in Parliamentary function: There are many opportunity and technology will benefit or change the situation.

Current representation of Power:

People>>Member of parliament>>Government and Opposition>>President.

In this the role of People finish after casting of vote. While the role of other remains active till the next election.

Due to the reach of technology in form of mobile phone and Internet to common people, there role remains active through expressions and comments about their leaders.

Currently Indian parliament has the 545 seats, which is representation of around 1,366,057,449 people.

New dynamic parliament through advent of technology and voting through mobile phone and Internet can create a virtual parliament with 1.4 billion seats. Leader formation and voting can go through the role of active members.

Participation in Government: Though a common man, while being at house, I had to vote 3 times- Lok sabha elections, formation of State government and elections for Panchayati raj. This shows that the Indian democracy wants to involve its people into politics.

Though I believe that a virtual parliament with 1.4 billion seats can be created, still I feel that smaller the volume of leaders, efficient is the functioning of a parliament.

So virtual parliament can also form at the Panchayat level with average of 20-30 thousand population/ seats or at the Ward level with average of 1-2 thousand population/seats.

People>Ward leaders>Panchayat>Mukhia & Sarpanch>State Government>Central government>President

Can also be suggested.

Analog Clock Method

In an analog clock, as the "Second" hand completes, one round, then the "Minute" hand moves, and when the "Minute" hand completes one round, then the "Hour" hand moves. 

So the "Hour hand" is directly dependent on the "Second hand".

A President is like the "Hour Hand", while common people are like the "Second Hand". In this model Common people can select a Leader, while Leaders can select a President. 

Justification: Many people have computer, smart and simple phones. Biometric identity cards like Aadhar has been generated for many people. So utilizing the existing technical infrastructures and knowledge capitals into socio-political life will create a win-win situation.

The main functions of a brick-mortar parliament is speech of leaders, debates, voting and budget clearings. These all can be done through text and Audio-video posts on Internet and through live streaming/video conference.

With advent of Radio and television we have seen political activities actively adopting it. With mobile phones becoming closer to the common mass, people started reacting to the role of there governments. Now with 4G and 5G high speed Internet, people have major role in getting into the political life. 

Technology can allow a common man to directly interact with the supreme head of there Government. This fact or energy level should be used for the best political output.

Utilizing the people in GDP (Gross Domestic Production) growth, food processing and trade at the international level should be the objective of all the Governments. A vibrant economy involves cash flow at all levels, active debt management systems, liquidity in property, Quick and efficient conflict management and Mergers and Acquisitions for efficient management.  

Efficiency and functioning: There are some billionaires active on social networks, but getting there attention for a common man is very difficult. So now also the representation is loped and with the use of technology the representation will continue to remain loped. But the shape of lopes, hierarchy in society (shape of pyramids) will change with technology.

I want to suggest that the common people should be able to avail the best comfort or convenience through use of technology.

Death and misery comes to both rich and poor, but the manner in which it behaves to rich and poor differs. Again the power of Time is getting reflected.

Use of technology in parliamentary functions will increase efficiency, reduce  the costs in functioning and bring all people of unorganized sector into a common organization, the Nation or the Planet earth when we will get into multi planetary system.  

This will also bring many people into mainstream, political life, thus controlling crime, violence and other disorders in the society. It will also ensure inclusive growth.

Age of the members in virtual parliament: Suggesting any age limit is difficult, as in this era of technological developments, some child can be extraordinary and technologically advanced than the people of matured age group. Many old people can also behave like a child. When we believe in the theory of past birth and rebirth, we have seen some child expressing strange traits, exhibition of strange knowledge, representing there past birth or conditions prevailing in there uterine life.

In Valmiki Ramayan, it is mentioned that under the impact of Guru Valmiki, Lav-Kush in there tender age were able to defeat the mighty strong army of Lord Ram. 

Progress in Biometric identification of people is a step ahead in adopting them in online activities. Though the court's judgment in India was in favor of the Right of Privacy, but for the sake of National security, many Governments are adopting the Biometric identification program. It is important for the people living in mainstream socio-political life. But a Government cannot make everyone happy and so some stray from the mainstream socio-political life. Due to many reasons people prefer anonymity. But a Government is bound to follow some biometric identification, which is also important from the point of view of socio-biological front.

Internet-How will it change our life?

Internet allows access of one computer and its files by few to many others.  It helps to save a computer works on a common server, by which in case if a computer crash or the owner moves to other place he she continues to have access of his files.
Internet has good reach to people in top to middle class of the society. Though costly, at present, still people like it due to its impact on the lifestyle and convenience it provides to us.

Its a important tool for marketing of products and personality (image, video, thoughts/opinions/arts ) through an electronic media. 

Administrative powers at different levels have supported it. But still there are many struggles to create a lucrative space in it. Many service providers express there hunger for money but there are very few direct earning opportunities. 

Many business occurs due to confusion and ignorance. Internet tries to provide right information at right time. So it has a major role in intellectuals work and life. 

• Demand of electric power, voltage stabilizers, desktop, laptop, smart phone, battery, inverter, solar panels, generator, printer, etc. will increase.
• Electronic transfer of money, online purchase, card (debit/credit) system of payments, will reduce the requirements of many banks at a location, demand of ATM machines will reduce, demand of Card readers/POS (Point of sale) machines will increase.  Long queue at the banks will reduce. Mini licensed bank kiosks for cash deposits and mini transactions may gain importance. 
• Based on demand perceptions, software and IT industry may take new roles. 
• It will reduce Hotel business by allowing common people to offer Paying guest facility and to share there room.
• It will reduce property price, rent, etc. Online marketing platforms will compete with local physical markets. It will help the well connected physical markets in selling there products. So fair pricing will emerge and a producer/trader will have to redefine there competitive edge. 
• It will reduce transport traffic but will increase logistics and courier business. Most of the public transport is out of confusion and emotional formality. Electronic method of communications/video chatting will reduce physical people to people meetings. 
• It will reduce costly coaching and cost on education, as internet provides complicated technical knowledge through simple computer and smart phone. 
• It will increase direct sale between producer and consumer, eliminating the middleman and reducing the stockists. 
• Highly competitive business will provide Just in Time services. 
• It will increase people to people contact and cooperation.
• Investments, Funding, Bill payments and Accounting works will get new shapes and volumes. 
• It will provide new directions to the Film industry, shopping malls, education, travel and logistics business.
• On line discussions, debates, voting, allocation of funds and shaping of priorities etc. will reduce the costs on parliamentary works. Similar approach in Corporate governance will reduce the costs of the company. 
• Decentralized growth: This is the major positive impact of the internet. The gap between urban and rural prosperity will decrease as movement of people to urban regions for official works will reduce. Computer with internet will bring office, court and consultancy to the easy reach of the common man.
• Trade at global level, direct interaction of people with global leaders at united nation organisations, will provide new opportunities to the marginalized/hidden intellectuals/skills/talents. 

Free internet should be there, funded by some organisations or at least for some time in a 24 hours, as it helps a struggling or a learning person to proceed ahead in life. Operation of a computer or a smart phone has many costs, that doesn't allows all to use it. Extra cost of internet will be difficult for a infant business.

If we look our stock market, there are thousands of listed company on both NSE and BSE. The struggle and capture of funds have divided the stocks in Large cap, Middle cap and Small cap segments. Like this internet will have few high traffic websites and other with normal to nil traffic. It will be very difficult for all business to generate income through there website, Yes collaboration with high traffic website will give them some opportunity. Websites will have to provide earning opportunities for maintaining there traffics.

Religion and caste has important role in shaping our lifestyle and livelihood. Philosophy prevailing in mind set can take new shapes through internet based leanings. This will promote rational thought process in human beings.

Cryptocurrencies:  The emergence of internet based economy gave shapes to many crypto-currencies like Bit coin. But still there are confusion and no government support for many such currency. Most of the currency is based on Gold reserve of a country. Some have there currency based on the reserve of petroleum products.  Since Gold and Crude oils are traded through online exchange, and many banks have started accepting online transfer of currency of other countries, these crypto currency are still struggling to get the relevance.

The major limitations to the internet is that it has very less impact on the Aura or warmth associated with personality and personal meetings.

Bad taste: I became paid member of some matrimony and job sites, but that doesn't brought any positive gain in my life. Some online sellers were successful in selling there toys for my search of genuine cheap products.
